  1. 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  2. 2/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  3. 1tsp Dijon mustard
  4. 1l/2 tsp minced garlic or shallot
  5. sea salt and black pepper to taste
  6. 1/2 tsp dried oregano or basi (optional)
  1. Combine all ingredients in resealable glass jar and shake to combine.
  2. Store in fridge for up to a month.
  1. To make a salad like in the picture use whatever veggies were in the fridge and add some quinoa or other protein. Toss in dressing and enjoy!
