Balsamic Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1tsp Dijon mustard
- 1l/2 tsp minced garlic or shallot
- sea salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano or basi (optional)
- Combine all ingredients in resealable glass jar and shake to combine.
- Store in fridge for up to a month.
- To make a salad like in the picture use whatever veggies were in the fridge and add some quinoa or other protein. Toss in dressing and enjoy!
